When Should I Book an End of Lease Flea Treatment?

Timing your end of lease flea treatment appropriately is crucial for optimal results. For the best outcomes, book your treatment with Dream Pest Control for a day and time that all your belongings are moved out, a comprehensive bond clean has been completed, and the carpets are professionally cleaned. This precise scheduling ensures a thorough treatment of the property, reducing the chance of re-infestation. Remember, this should be the final task before handing over your keys back to the landlord or property manager. For further clarification on tenant obligations related to pest control when ending a lease, we recommend visiting the Residential Tenancies Authority website.
